Porcelain is the floor we recommend for kitchens, baths, laundry rooms and mudrooms: it does not scratch, stain or swell, and it takes a wet mop. MSI's floor lines match their backsplash tile and quartz colors, so the whole room is picked from one set of samples in our showroom.

Laid before the cabinets, by the same crew
On a full kitchen we set the floor first so the cabinets sit on finished tile. Our installers level the subfloor, lay the tile, grout and seal it, and the same crew comes back for the cabinets and countertop. Most floors are finished in one to two days.
Kitchens, baths, laundry rooms and entries
Bring a photo and the room size and we will price the floor with the rest of the job, or on its own for a bathroom or entry. Samples go home with you so you can see them in your own light.
